Description tkellerer 2001-01-12 08:54:53 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1) Enable the "Ask for advanced options" checkbox in the CVS settings
2) Enable "Call edit command when editing read-only files" in the CVS settings
3) Check out your files in read-only mode
4) make sure you have a file which has the status up-to-date in your
filesystem which is also open in the editor, but the version on the
CVS server is actually modified (someone else committed some changes)
5) Issue the update command on the package containing that file

--> NetBeans locks up

I suspect that the advanced options dialog and the "Edit command" dialog
and the "xxx was modified externally. Reload?" windows create some kind
of dead-lock

4) Right click on the package containing that file

This is not actually bug of "javacvs" module but "vcscvs" one. That's why I
changed the product.
