BPEL 2.0 xsds have new namespaces and some modified structure.

OM needs to be adjusted before other adjustments can be made by clients and
validation system.

BPEL OM is changed.
WSDL ext model needs to be changed also.

WSDL ext OM is changed.

There are still several task for changing bpel examples and templates.
But this is external task.
