IDE should register new extension for Update Center (eg. .uc) to allow invoke
IDE action on one-click on .uc file in a browser.
This IDE action should use running instance of IDE (or start
new one) and allow include new Update Center in list of active Update Centers
and check it for now and later.

It's not planned for long time. It's fair to close as WONTFIX
