Right now for a project we can configure only one main class and click run. If a project has multiple main classes for example cmd line and UI main classes netbeans cannot be configured for 2 instances of run...u know what i mean... I will have to change the main class of run to continue...painful.... Please make it like eclipse has...The idea here is not that eclipse has so netbeans shud have....IT is just that right now netbeans is not very user friendly for some java features when compared to eclipse....
Well, you are right. We have already fixed this in NB 6.0 (development version) and we provide "Run Configuration" - so you can choose main class, arguments, jvm switches , .... for more details look at http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/NewAndNoteWorthyMilestone3#section-NewAndNoteWorthyMilestone3-RunConfigurationsForJavaSEProjects
