reproducible with 06123_1

steps:
1. create 3 lifelines
2. add synchr message beteeen 1st and 2nd
3. select 2nd and 3rd and forward link in the message
4. ctrl-alt on synchr message in palette
5. try repeate 4th step
second inner message isn't added

This issue is not yet verifiable since a11y support has not yet been implemented.

UML support is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Resolving accordingly.
