Javadoc for the development version of Netbeans has not been updated since the
14th of November 2006. The javadoc is normally accessible here -
http://www.netbeans.org/download/dev/javadoc/. The javadoc should be updated daily.

This is a sort of duplicate of Issue 89396 . It's not 1:1 duplicate, but the
root cause is exactly the same. I would like to limit number of P1 issues with
same root cause. See URL above.
