parts of second panel of resize wizard does not resize dynamically 
and so some parts not seen completely

This is not for fixing for nb55.

am using localized in ja locale, but
it might be that this is seen even in en locale using a larger font size

see gif for details of default size and after resize for the 

label Total Size

and the textfield that has the data of the size

(the textfield will not be localized but if font size is larger,
its possible that even just the size numbers might not all show.

The Autoupdate Wizard will be replaced with new GUI of client in NB6.0/M7. I
don't any fixed in current code because will be totally removed soon. In the
meantime I set the target milestone to future, after new GUI is integrated will
closed as WONTFIX.

Update Center Wizard is not part of NB6, was replaced with new UI.
