reproducible with 061120

1. create component
2. add assembly connector
3. select the component
4. move with ctrl-arrow
component is moved, port remains in place

workaround: move port after moving component element

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

The component diagram will not be supported in 6.5.  Depends on issue 133976.

Will be verified when collaboration/component/deployment diagrams are implemented.
