coco build20061031
launch coco OLH in ja or zh locale, select "Servers and Databases" -> "IBM 
WebSphere Application Server"
OLH displays en.
Can't find WebSphere OLH files in l10nkits.
Please check if it's missed in l10nkits.

the help for websphere is not in the l10n kits, so that is why
this is happening - please add its paths to l10n.list - once this
is done the kits will have it.

am making p1 since coco is now a simship release.

I've fixed L10Nkit in "coco" branch. Please note L10Nkit location changed.
Appropriate L10Nkit is now available with Coco build. Do not use CDP L10Nkit for
Coco's serverplugins.
