Repro steps:
- create a diagram of any type, eg, class diagram
- create and name a few elements on the diagram
- create and name one more element
- while the last created element is still selected after naming, add it to the
selection group by pressing Ctrl-Shift+
- press Tab key, now the last element is no longer selected while selection is
now on another element

Workaroud: use Shift-Tab to reselect and Ctrl-Shift+ to add selection to group again

Targeted in drawing area redesign.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

a11y support has not yet been implemented in 6.5.

This issue has been fixed in uml 6.5.
