Description lemmy01 2006-11-16 18:06:33 UTC
In the current CVS-Version(BUILD 061116) the encoding for java-files could not
be set. In prior versions of the IDE the encoding could set per file and global
in the editor-settings but in the current build both features are not present.

The encoding is set on the project level (Project Properties/Sources).
