Currently it is not possible to resize the JavaDoc popup window. I think it 
would be useful to be able to resize the window, especially when reading 
lenghty javadocs, like class documention. Also, when you viewing a javadoc that 
uses <pre> tags for formatting you might need to scroll vertically as well.
