reproducible with 061113_2

steps to reproduce, start ide with -fontsize 24 setting, open design center,
nodes overlapping each other

with font size 20, nodes are displayed a bit close but still visible

UML support is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Resolving accordingly.
