A11Y: Ctrl-Shift-+/- (add/remove to selection) doesn't work for +/- from
extended(numeric) keyboard

This is not a A11Y issues, since there is a keystroke that works.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

a11y has not been implemented in 6.5

UML support is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Resolving accordingly.
