The current version of netbeans CVS plugin can significantly increase its 
functionality by adding "send commit log by e-mail" feature. It would be very 
useful for those projects which cvs repositories don`t support sending e-mail 
notifications. 
 This feature would also be useful for Sun-users (having e-mails @Sun.com) that 
can`t receive netbeans modules cvs notifications with the long subject.

There are also other useful places where the commit log could be copied, eg.
Issuezilla.
