Dear All,
         As soon as I start the Netbeans5.5rc2 I am getting a dialog box as
"Unexpected Exception" A java.lang.NullPointerException exception has occurred.
Pls help me how can I resolve it & I will be regretful.

There is lots of java.lang.NoClassDefFoundErrors for
org/netbeans/modules/schema2beans/Version. Seems as broken installation.

Looks like there might be something wrong with your installation, please try 
installing 5.5 final and see if it resolves the problem.
