Start update center wixard
Choose install downloaded nbm files
select files and other needed actions for installing
=> when you are on the page 
"view certificates and install modules"
there many modules and you need to select each one.
It's a good way to provide "select all" and "deselect all" buttons.

According to 73555, there are really two issues here:

one of them is due to the fact that nbms are not signed now and should go away
once http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88670 is fixed. We should
keep this bug open until then for verification.

The other is an rfe to autoupdate module that will not be fixed for this version.
