Every time I do a CVS->diff on an ant build.xml file I am getting
a NullPointerException error dialog. The diff window does come up
dispite the error dialog.

Yes, those 2 bugs are identical.
so, I'm verifing this as duplicate.

But,IMHO, should be those 2 bugs marked vice versa?
Later bugs ususaly duplicate older ones.
