Add to CDC Documentation  a Note about Change Platform from Nokia to Sony Ericsson.
When the user  have a project with NOKIA platform and decides to change the
platform to Sony Ericsson in Java Platform Manager; the user have to  Change the
Application UID (Project Properties>General> Sony Ericsson>) other ways the
BUILD FAILD
