If user tries to create 'Platform-intdependant' or 'Java-platform omdel' uml
project in New Project creation wizard, 'Finish' button is disabled.

This issue has workaround, but it is not clear and not a reason to reduce issue
priority.
workaround is:
- select RE uml project and click next.
- return back to project type selection.
- select project type you want
- now Finish button will be enabled.

An event isn't firing. Just need to wire it up again.

Some obsolete validation code was the culprit.
