[build 22] How to reproduce: 1) Open from main window file - open dialog "Open" (menu "File|Open File..." or click to icon on Toolbar) - choose from dialog some file ( unknowed type e.g. *.ini, *.bmp ) -> is displaed second Explorer with this file
It's designed the way. It's just explored the node of that objcect if no open, view or editor cookie is available. I changed it this way. Such (default) data object is converted to text (user has to confirm that) one and opened in editor. But if the text module is not available the original behaviour remains. Fixed in [main-trunk]. Next build available.
Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
