Open de IDE  without install Mobility Pack, I have a Web application it was
conected with a Mobile Application,the exception appears, could be better for
the user to show a message instead of exception.

Not related to the web project. NewClass_1 was created in a mobility project and
the exception was thrown when opening the IDE without mobility support.
NewClass_1 was probably open in the editor in previous IDE session.
If Mobility Pack was uninstalled before IDE closing this issue probably belongs
to the mobility, because mobility projects and their stuff should be closed.
Otherwise it probably belongs to the window system.

Reassigning to the window system to evaluate.

it work as designed however an improvement in this area might be usefull. Users are not interested in this typ of fails
at all, imo
