Build 1160 and Netbeans 3.1 (build 22)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Debug some application.
2. Stop application on some breakpoint.
3. Create fixed watch from some variable.
4. Invoke Delete All action on Watches node. Normal watches will be deleted
   but fixed watches will remain.

All watches should be deleted when Delete All action is invoked (not only
"normal" watches).
