1.  Open BPEL source and select the "Attach Debugger" icon.
**The drop-down should default to BPEL Debugger

2.  Close session, and then try to "Attach Debugger" again.
**Aside from the first time, the BPEL Debugger is no longer the default in the 
drop-down.
