If you set External Browser property to any browser and switch the property to
external and then execute a JSP page the internal browser appear.
Even though you set invalid external browser the IDE doesn't show any error
dialog and run the internal browser.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
