after global installation/deinstallation nbms from of all-nbms-griffin-061005_3.zip
4 jar files are still in "nb5.5\modules":

docs\org-netbeans-modules-uml.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml-project.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml-requirements-doorsprovider.jar

I've installed / uninstalled more than 20 times already, I cannot reproduce the
issue with the specified nbms on NB 9/25 daily build or RC1. I tried RE a java
project, did CDFS, and then uninstalled entire uml module, all uml jars were
deleted from C:\Program Files\netbeans-5.5rc1\nb5.5\modules, though some empty
directories were left behind ( DoorsIntegrationFiles etc ), which is not our issue.

On a side note, I did experience IDE hanging during uninstallation when diagram
is dirty and navigator/overview is open, I had to use Task Manager to kill the
IDE processes.

We will have to find exact reproducible scenario to investigate the cause, I
cannot imagine how local install vs. global would make any difference in this case.

I didn't pay attention to these yesterday when I tried a few times. I just tried
again with NB RC1 build and uml 061006_2 build but not able to see the left
behind jar files. Only the following directories were left behind under
nb5.5\modules.
docs, DoorsIntegrationFiles, etc. These don't seem to affect re-installation.

I got this once but didn't see this yesterday at all for a few tries. Maybe it
has to do with open dirty diagram but I still can't reproduce it consistently.

I haven't specified version of used NB.
Bug is reproducible with NB q-build 20060906.
And I can't reproduce it with NB5.5 RC1.

may be problem with an old q-build has no matter because we are going to support 
NB "5.5 RC1 and later"

verified with all-nbms-griffin-061010.zip on NB5.5 RC1.
bug is not reproducible.
