build downloaded 061006 morning via update center

It's possible to create platform independent and rev eng  projects but on
attempt to create java platform project exception is thrown and all wizard
buttons goes disabled

after global installation/deinstallation nbms from of all-nbms-griffin-061005_3.zip
4 jar files are still in "nb5.5\modules".
New UML nbms are installed without proiblems, but UML project creation doesn't work.

Not removed jars:
docs\org-netbeans-modules-uml.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml-project.jar
org-netbeans-modules-uml-requirements-doorsprovider.jar

Actually Exception is reproducible with newly installed NB.
not removed jars has no relation to this priblem and will be filed as separate
issue.

Accidentally checked in a half backed implementation. Thought I pulled it out.
Currently reworking wizards and UML project customizer. Mods are finished and
just doing sanity tests.

after installed with new daily build from UC, clicking on Next after selecting
Java-Platform Model hangs and cpu at 100%. see the attached new project wizard
during ide hang.

verified in all-nbms-griffin-061010.zip with NB5.5RC1
