regression from Bow

steps to reproduce:
1. create class diagram
2. add class to the diagram and name it
3. add attribute to the class
4. close source
5. invoke cclose window on the diagram tab
6. save modification
7. open diagram by double click in project tree
diagram opens with class shifted partially outside top left corner of visible area.
in bow diagram is opened with centred elements.
