I create a UML project and class diagram for my application.

Tutorial :
OK 1 To create the UML project, choose File > New Project and then do the 
following: select UML.select Java-Platform Model. 
OK 2 Click Next. 
OK 3 The New Java-Platform Model page opens. 
OK 4In the Project Name field, type UMLPrj.
OK 5Notice that when you type the Project Name, the IDE automatically suggests 
this name for the name of the Project Folder. 
OK 6Verify that the Project Location is MyPrj. 
OK 7Select the Source-Model Synchronization checkbox and click Next. 
OK 8In the Choose the Java Source Project page, verify that JavaPrj is selected 
from the Java Project drop-down list. 
OK 9 Click Finish.
FAIL 10 The IDE creates the UML project and the New Wizard opens and displays 
the Create New Diagram dialog box. 

I've got a exception and I cannot see the new wizard opens and displays the 
Create New Diagram dialog box.
After, I cannot also add diagram directly in a folder.
