There is no way to delete created datasource in persistance unit UI.

After I read the JPA spec. I finally found that I have to delete it from the app
server admin console. I still suggest that it would be nice if anyone can delete
it directly from NetBeans Persistance unit Design UI page or from any module to
perform server common tasks. After all you can add it why not can delete it anyway.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
