Sometimes there is an error badge on files that look and compile fine. Even if
there is something wrong, it would be useful to be able to somehow find out what
the error means. Other wise you just have this badge saying "something is wrong"
but you have no idea what.

Could be a tooltip or something else.

Yes, the error badges sometimes does not disappear for some reason (bug in cache).

The error markers feature has been temporarily disabled.
