Steps to reproduce:
- create Synchronous sample project
- deploy the project
- start debug session
- set a breakpoint
- run test
- when the breakpoint is reached press Continue, test passes
- redeploy the project
- run test
Result: Process does not stop at the breakpoint. Process instance does not
appear in the BPEL Process instances window.
