Description:
This bug is opened as a separation for the unfixed items in CR 6398146 as
indicated in the eval field.

Currently there's no keyboard access to the following diagram window toolbar
buttons:
move to front
move to back
move forward
move backward
relationship discovery
selection


Evaluation[1]:
And, we don't have the infrastructure to support selection, move to front, move
forward, move to back, move backward, and relationship discovery. Please open a
seperate bug with these diagram-related issues.

was verified by mistake.
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+B and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D should be interchanged.
