Shortcut of ctrl+0 (Explore from Here)in Explorer is a similar as shortcut
ctrl+O (Open File) from file menu. For "Explorer from Here" is possibly variant
ctrl+E. (If is free)

ctrl+e is an editor shortcut used to remove the current line.

i think the confusion between ctrl+o and ctrl+0 is not as great since the
shortcut for 'explore from here' is visible in a menu where all shortcuts are
based on ctrl+# commands.
