in To Do window, Tabbing sort of works, but I can't see where the current focus
when tabbing so it gets very confusing.

This bug description is not adequate. It needs more context and more detail.

There is no Enterprise Pack specific To Do window. At least, not for BPEL.

There is a general NetBeans To Do window. If there is a problem with that, then
you must change the component and sub component appropriately.

Is your problem with this general NetBeans To Do window?
