Seen on Windows XP with NB build 200609120000:

In the New Project pane, after I type Alt-D to select an unfocusable element,
Enter no longer invokes the Next default command button until I tab to another
element.

The Enter key no longer works after Alt-D because the focus is on the description panel. If you have a project type that
has long description and a scroll bar is needed for the description panel, you will see that you can use Page UP/DOWN
key to navigate the long description once the description panel gets the focus.

Using build 200709250000 for Windows XP

I can navigate to all elements using tab, shift-tab, enter and space
