Steps to reproduce:
- create a new BPEL process
- open it in designer
- add IF activity to the process
- set a breakpoint to IF activity
Result: Because IF activity is assymetric the breakpoint mark is shifted right
from the process line. It looks a bit ugly. It would be good to place breakpoint
mark on the process line.

Fixed. Breakpoint icon is placed to the point, where incoming connection 
crosses the element border
