Makefile wizard does not warn that file with such name exists already

Makefile wizard does not verify file name for new created makefile.
No warning appears if file with such name already exists in selected dir.

File is not updated if I try to create new file with name of existed file and
user does not see any warnings about it.

works for me.
Makefile wizard verifies that file name already exist and warning label appears
