Description:
Note - these issues can involve either/or
	- not all of a dialog or window showing all its contents without
	requiring user to resize it 
	- not showing some/all of its labels/msgs at the user chosen font
	size (-fontsize option to starting ide)

Assumption - user can start ide with -fontsize option and all parts of ide
should use this fontsize

some parts of dialog - see attached, do not show at proper user chosen
fontsize

Evaluation:
Need to remove hardcoding of fonts and allow panel to resize for larger fonts

Comments:
Verified in bow build 11 that the fix to this bug is only partial. See attached
snapshot (uml-preferences-dialog.gif) for a result with -fontsize set to 25.
Marking it as fix failed.

Verified in bow build 12 (nightly 20041025) under windows 2000 and solaris 9 sparc.
Fix to this bug is only partial. 
IDE doesn't expand trees, some buttons and information areas properly.
see attached 5099902.zip for example (--fontsize 25 was used. "Redefine
operations..." command was invoked on "child" Class UML object.)

If it is decided to use fontsize 18 as the largest allowed for testing, 
bug shown in attached "uml-preferences-dialog.gif" is fixed.
Bugs shown in 5099902.JPG would be filed separately.
But there are still problems in Modeling Preferences window:
- incorrect fonts in Presentation block.
- Selected property is shown using small font.
