I've fixed and integrated this issues.
font size is still hardcoded for 'Print Caption' text area. look at attached print_setup.PNG

the font size in the caption text area should not be controlled by the fontsize used to start ide. It has its own font size from the Font dialog. The minor issue is that after selecting a different font size or a different font style or font attributes from the Font dialog, the text in the caption text area is not taking effect or refreshed immediately (a separate bug should be opened instead). However, pressing OK on the Print Setup dialog does take effect on the Print Preview dialog. Bringing up the Print Setup dialog again also shows the text properly according to the previously selected font attributes. Therefore, this is not a bug on resizing.
