Description:
Note - these issues can involve either/or
	- not all of a dialog or window showing all its contents without
	requiring user to resize it 
	- not showing some/all of its labels/msgs at the user chosen font
	size (-fontsize option to starting ide)

Note - also A11Y considerations

Assumption - user can start ide with -fontsize option and all parts of ide
should use this fontsize

some parts of dialog - see attached, do not show at proper user chosen
fontsize


Comments:
This is a tom sawyer issue and can not be fixed by us since we have access to TS
source code, they deliver binaries to us. George will open TS support case.

TS dialog had hardcoded font size and style.  I 've reset the dialogs' font to
use the IDE default font.  In orther words, this issue has been fixed and
integrated.

verified in ide-coco-061121
all dialogs look good.
except "Print Setup" dialog, which still has hardcoded font for 'Print Caption'
text area.

separate issue 89752 is filed for remaining not important problems 'Layout
properties' dialog.
