Summary: User is able to resize Layout Properties (Tom Sawyer) dialog but
portions of the dialog are
missing from different panes in different tabs -- Disconnected,
Hierarchical, Orthogonal and Tree tabs.

Dialog is open from the context menu for the whitespace on the class diagram
(Layout > Properties

in all-nbms-griffin-061015 the same reproducible for En locale.
If ide is started with --fontsize 18 (or 20).

Seems to happen only on larger fontsize.

Fixed and tested in en local with big font size (20)

all listed important bugs are fixed.
new related issue 89752 is filed with lower priority for not so important problems.
