Description:
Steps to reproduce:
 - create a UML diagram
 - change Alias property of the diagram. The diagram will not be marked as modified
 - close diagram
 - reopen diagram. Alias property value will be set to default

Targeted in drawing area redesign.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.
