Once the Requirements Provider dialog opens, neither options "DOORS Requirements
Provider" nor "XML Requirements Source" is selected until a down-arrow key is
pressed.

Repro steps:
- bring up the UML Design Center
- expand on the Design Center node
- right-click on Requirements node and select Add Requirements Source
Result: no provider option is selected.
