After instalation of Creator Pack:
Create Web Application, create CSS file
right click on CSS file in project view, popup menu appears, but 
Check CSS
Copy HTML style
Copy XML style
are missing, after uninstalling Creator Pack all of them appears again.

Check CSS is removed because error highlighting is in place. I'll take a look at
other two missing actions - Copy HTML & XML styles.
