Update Center throws MissingResourceException (and NullPointerException) when
trying to open it (via Tools menu / Update Center). Exceptions are thrown only
if J2ME modules are deactivated. When I activate J2ME and *restart* NetBeans,
UpdateCenter works fine.

Thanks for reporting, it's a duplicate of issue 72102. As workaround you can
remove the broken setting via Options|Advanced options|Autoupdate Types or
delete your userdir and start IDE w/ fresh dir.
