Suggest that templates for the Form module have icons which reflect the kind of
component they are--panel, dialog, etc., just as the root component node under
the data node displays.

Possible in trunk and release31 by setting the file attribute
SystemFileSystem.icon (and also .icon32) to a URL to an icon.
