Regarding Print Preview... 
  Create any diagram.  From toolbar, click on Print Preview.
  In Print Preview, click on Print Setup.
  In Print Setup, change Page Columns (or Rows) to "0"
  => Notice that "0" does not show up in the value box at all so it's empty.
  Click OK
  => Exception error attached.

print preview has not yet been implemented in 6.5.
