Steps to reproduce:
1.  Create any project with .bpel.
2.  In the design view, select an activity
3.  Right-click and select "Toggle Breakpoint"

The Breakpoint is really hard to see (see attached screenshot).  It only shows 
one very small red dot, and if you enlarge the design view to 150%, the dot is 
still as small and hard to see.

I believe the graphics for the diagram breakpoints has been changed a time ago
and the current images are slightly bigger than I can see on the attached
screenshot. So I'm considering this issue to be already fixed.
Please reopen it if you feel the breakpoints are still hard to see on the diagram.
