1.create sample IO project. Build it. Open io.c in editor
2. set toggle breakpoints at lines 32, 37
3. "Debug main project"(F5). Debugger stopped at line 32.
4. Click "Continue". Debugger stopped at line 37. Line 37 has green background.
5. Click Finish Debugger Session. Line 37 still has green background after
debugger finish

Fixed in beta2 build.
